Yes. We work with Exact Online and Exact Globe daily and have experience with most packages used by the Dutch SME sector. During the diagnostic phase, we determine which approach is most efficient for your situation.
The diagnosis in Phase 1 results in a fixed price for Phase 2. If unexpected additional work arises during Phase 2, we will discuss this in writing beforehand—no unexpected invoices afterwards.
The diagnostic process usually starts within one week of an intake interview. In urgent cases—such as an approaching VAT deadline or an auditor's audit—we can act more quickly.
